The most frequent symptoms of Crohn&#8217;s disease and ulcerative colitis include diarrhea with mucus or blood, abdominal pain, fever, and decreased appetite accompanied by weight loss.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p><p>Crohn&#8217;s disease is a chronic inflammatory condition that can affect any part of the gastrointestinal tract, from the mouth to the anus.
